Are reservations also possible?
Reservations in the early and late season are possible from three nights (06.04.-01.06./ 10.09.-02.10.) Reservations in the high season (01.06.-10.09.) are possible from five nights against a deposit. Reservations for the rental accommodations are possible from three nights in the whole season.
Reservations are not possible on the tent meadow in category II due to the different sizes.
The tent pitches in category I can be reserved.
Tents larger than 16 square meters cannot be provided by us.
Reservations are only possible in written form, please use our booking form. Please note that during the high season (June-August) our answering service is on.
For reservations we require a deposit of 50,00€. The requested reservation becomes binding only after confirmation of the campsite and receipt of the deposit. The deposit must be paid immediately and will be offset against the actual fees to be paid.
Payment is made upon departure. Card payments are possible from 30,00€, credit cards are not accepted.
I have to cancel - How much are the cancellation fees?
If you are unable to take your vacation, please let us know as soon as possible.
This will save you the cancellation costs and we can plan better.
The following cancellation fees are due in the event of cancellation:
Up to 20 days before arrival: €15.00 processing fee
From 19 days before arrival/no-show: €50.00 (deposit will be retained)
In the event of early departure, the deposit paid will be retained in addition to the fee for the actual overnight stays.
When can I arrive, when should I leave the place?
Arrival with your own vehicle is possible between 12:00-20:00.
Arrival for rental caravans is between 16:00-20:00 (no late departures possible).
Please note that we have lunch break from 14.00-16.00Uhr. If you arrive at this time,
please keep the driveway clear and park in the parking lot around the farm building.
If the arrival should be delayed, please send us an email until 18:00, otherwise we will give the place to someone else.
Departure must always take place by 11:00 a.m.
If you wish to depart later on the day of departure (by 4:00 p.m.), we charge a surcharge of €10.00.
Please understand that late departures are only possible if the respective pitch is available.
are there any special features if i arrive with a vehicle?
Due to the many green areas on our site, floor mats/carpets or similar are not permitted in front of your own vehicle, or in the awning.
The car may be parked by the tent/caravan for unloading and loading, after which it must be parked in the parking lot.
In front of our recycling yard there is a water column for fresh water, as well as the area for gray water / service water.
In the sanitary house there is an extra room for emptying the camper toilet.
YOUTH GROUP with minors?
The stay of persons under the age of 16 without a parent or guardian present is generally only possible if accompanied by a person who has been appointed in writing as a guardian.
In this case, a written declaration from the parent or guardian must be submitted for each underage guest at the time of registration.
This can be done, for example, with a copy of the identity card/passport of the legal guardian and this travel authorization.
A stay is not possible without the appropriate documents.
